Reflection Questions

Practice

Today, listen more than you speak.

Observe moments when the desire to defend yourself arises.

Practice curiosity instead of reaction.

The ego is not an enemy. It is a part of human experience. Yet when left unchecked, it can become a barrier between ourselves and truth.

The ego seeks recognition, certainty, superiority, and control. It wants to be right. It wants to be admired. It wants to protect the image it has created.

Yet growth often begins when we become willing to see beyond that image.

Humility is not thinking less of ourselves. It is seeing ourselves clearly. It allows us to learn, adapt, and grow without needing to defend every belief or justify every mistake.

The soul expands when the ego loosens its grip.

True strength comes not from appearing perfect, but from remaining teachable.

When we stop asking how we appear and begin asking how we can grow, transformation becomes possible.

Closing Thought

"The ego seeks importance. The soul seeks truth."
